Supported by The Century Club of San Diego, the 1 Wave Challenge invites surfers of all ages to share a single wave for the benefit of Boys to Men, a San Diego nonprofit dedicated to guiding and supporting young, often fatherless, boys on their journey to manhood.
Boys to Men Mentoring Network is proud to be one of just 12 charities selected for participation in Champions for Youth, a mission-driven program of our fellow nonprofit, The Century Club. The Century Club supports San Diego charities through its annual event, the Farmers Insurance Open.
Boys to Men will receive 100% of every donation made through Champions for Youth and all donations will grow! Here’s how:
We’ll earn bonus money up to $45,000 based on how much we raise compared to the other participating charities, plus, The Century Club will cover all credit card processing fees normally paid by Boys to Men.
Help us spread the word and reach our goal so that we can continue to provide hope and mentorship to change the lives of San Diego’s fatherless boys.
“We are proud to develop this exciting partnership with The Century Club of San Diego, Champions for Youth and the Farmers Insurance Open. The 1 Wave Challenge gives surfers, of all ages and abilities, the chance to participate in something much larger than themselves at the start of a New Year. We see the event generating a spirit of excitement and possibility that will inspire our work throughout the coming year.”
